**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communication Services, as the** Regional Communications Business Partner** you will develop, coordinate and manage all forms of communications in an effective and concise manner to build and uphold Qualico brand integrity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Writing, coordinating and communicating with the external media regarding releases.
- Scrutinizing and monitoring communications or media for appropriate tone, consistency and quality.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of internal communication, assisting in content creation for IQ websites and other marketing/communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies that effectively promote Qualico’s interests within the region including crisis communication.
- Assisting in the drafting of non-promotional materials such as business proposals, formal letters, briefs, technical updates and other documents.
- Participating in industry, region and community events as well as boards and education opportunities to actively protect, advocate and promote the Qualico brand.

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of communications or marketing experience, preferably in the Real Estate or Development industry.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite and CMS related tools is an asset.

**Work Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites or events and work outside of business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
