**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the **Marketing Coordinator **you will assist in the development and coordination of marketing strategies for the business unit and ensure compliance with branding strategies. You also provide expertise and utilize marketing intelligence to facilitate management decision making.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the development and coordination of property-specific marketing programs. Measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Gathering and organizing information and assets for the in-house creative team.
- Collaborating with internal departments to implement marketing strategies and tactics for the business unit in accordance with prescribed budgets and objectives.
- Preparing property-specific and annual marketing budgets for approval.
- Gathering, processing, and utilizing market intelligence to facilitate decision making, planning, and growth opportunities. Preparing various reports for management review, as required.
- Supporting the creation of property specific sales materials.
- Planning and coordinating special events and conferences including working with third-party event planners and on-site event management**.**

**Essential Requirements**
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).

**Preferred Requirements**
- Prior experience working in land development, property development or property management is considered an asset.

**Work Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
