**Office Assistant**

Proten Exim Limited is a upcoming imported auto parts supply store in Dartmouth Nova Scotia.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the Proten Exim Limited. Duties include, but are not limited to:
**Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting the executive team with daily administrative needs.**
- Ensuring that all paperwork is completed and processed timely and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a neat and organized work environment.
- Creating and maintaining records of daily activity, transactions, and general information.
- Processing payroll for employees.
- Ordering office supplies as needed.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and filing systems preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $14.30-$16.30 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS B3A 1H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
