**THE POSITION**

The role is reporting to the Location Manager, your duties will include
- Overseeing/supporting the day-to-day production
- Determine and print daily schedule for repair planning. Provide copy to detail department.
- Prepare daily delivery list to review with techs at production meeting.
- Ensure pre-scan has been completed before dismantling vehicle
- Access and attach OEM repair process prior to beginning dismantling process.
- Work alongside lead body technicians to prepare a detailed repair plan (map, supplement) for each vehicle as it is dismantled
- Ensure that dismantling technicians follow company process in regard to clips and parts cart usage during disassembly.
- Ensure insurance authorization is obtained prior to putting a vehicle into production
- Schedule all sublets
- Order all required parts.
- Assign work to technicians, plan booth cycles with lead refinish tech to realize store production goals and customer obligations
- Communicate delays/target date changes to Front End Repair Coordinators - Update vehicle centre in Nexsyis
- Ensure that the shop stays clean, and equipment/tools are where they are supposed to be - Ensure that in process quality inspections are performed.
- Monitor performance of all production staff and detailers and communicate achievements and deficiencies to location manager
- Other duties as required.

**What does it take to be an Operations Leader with CSN Lift Auto Group?**
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Understanding of parts requirements and ordering procedures for all insurance companies
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of insurance companies’ policies and procedures.
- A desire to drive business development and achieve results.
- Ability to direct employees to achieve location targets, profitability, and customer experience goals.
- Standard First Aid & CPR Certification required
- In depth knowledge of management system and estimating software
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Ability to multi-task and to prioritize according to store goals and customer obligations.

- Monday to Friday

- Oakville, ON L6L 2X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
