**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled **Electronics Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing automotive radios and infotainment systems, as well as performing PCB repairs. Additionally, you will handle purchasing the necessary parts from vendors to complete the units. Strong **communication skills** are essential to build relationships with vendors, coordinate orders, and ensure timely progress with your team to meet production goals.

While a **technical background** is required, we are happy to provide **basic training** in automotive terminology and parts to help you get up to speed. Experience with **PCB assembly, electrical repairs, and troubleshooting** is necessary, but knowledge of automotive systems is a bonus.

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble, repair, and test automotive radios, infotainment systems, and other electronic components.
- Perform **PCB repairs** and troubleshoot electronic issues.
- Purchase parts from vendors, ensuring timely delivery and availability of materials.
- Communicate with vendors to build relationships and secure high-quality parts.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.
- Maintain **punctuality, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines** for projects.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Strong **technical knowledge** and hands-on experience with **electronics, PCB repairs, and electrical repairs**.
- Previous experience in the **automotive sector** is a plus but not required.
- **Good communication skills** to effectively coordinate with vendors and team members.
- Ability to **quickly learn automotive terminology and parts** (basic training will be provided).
- **Highly organized, punctual, and able to meet deadlines** consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Education and References *REQUIRED**
- College or University graduate.
- References from previous work experience.

**Work Environment**
- Enjoy a **focused and hands-on work environment** without the distractions of customer interactions. This role is **not customer-facing**—you’ll be working in the **back warehouse** at your own designated workspace, allowing you to concentrate fully on **electronics assembly, repairs, and testing**. You’ll be handling a variety of **automotive parts and infotainment systems**, troubleshooting and refining intricate components without the pressure of front-line service.
