**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Assist with general office administration and bookkeeping duties including:
- Assist with preparation and processing of sales orders and sales invoices
- Process and record receipts via credit card, cheque and electronically
- Organize and process vendor invoices and company expenses
- Prepare, format, and edit reports and other documents
- Assist with physical and electronic filing of documentation regarding sales orders, sales invoices, and payables
- Assist with organizing company events
- Assist with organization and coordination of the office; maintain office supplies
- General office duties and other administrative functions as needed
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Experience in office administration, A/R, and A/P
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is an asset
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and motivation
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- High level of independence and productivity
- Valid driver’s license and Canadian passport
**SALARY**
- $24 per hour
- Plus commission per The Louis Program
