We are seeking a Commercial Glazing Fabricator (Aluminum Fabricator) to join the Durabuilt Windows & Doors team. The successful individual will accurately fabricate hollow metal products to specifications from a variety of sources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate aluminum / metal products to specifications from fabrication tickets, shop drawings and elevation drawings, including layout, measurement, cutouts, fabrication, welding, grinding, finishing and painting
- Accurately read tape measures, safely cut and weld (MIG Welding) aluminum, safely use power tools (saw, grinder, sander, etc.) and hand tools
- Maintain fabrication and safety equipment
- Further develop mechanical skills, learn new techniques and remain current with product requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Other projects and duties assigned

Qualifications:

- Must have MIG welding experience; preferably with steel doors and frames (Aluminum doors / windows & frames)
- Must be able to accurately read tape measures
- Must have tool experience (MIG welder, saws, grinder, power tools, etc.)
- Must be capable of lifting 100 pounds
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work in a team and stand-alone environment
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously with interruptions
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work each day
