Ongoing career development via continuing education and Flynn’s in house University programs Great environment where our motto is "Flynn Family Winning Together" A bulb In The Life Attend pre-bid site meetings to prepare accurate estimates as required Analyze & comprehend project plans, specs, & details Prepare take-offs/estimated for single scope and multi-scope projects inclusive of materials, labour and equipment Follow显示 on single-scope and/or multi-scope projects? Act as tender lead on single-scope and/or multi-scope projects Review contracts and quotes for accuracy Write up work orders Maintaining a directory of product suppliers Consult and communicate with project managers, architects slap and with customers and clients involved at all levels of a project Stay informed of all new materials and techniques by attending material manufacturer’s trade shows, seminars, etc. Participate in initial handoff meetings Attend autopsies on completed projects Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers including client appreciation outings Consult, communicate and build rapport with internal departments and clients Visit job sites and perform Estimating Site Reviews and Site Safety Evaluations Cooler accounted? What We Are Seeking 2-3 years work experience in a Glazing Estimating position (commercial type projects).
