**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Background in the food industry is preferred, providing familiarity with restaurant operations.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
