Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Eldorado Golf Club and the Joint BBQ. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by providing a friendly, relaxed and inviting atmosphere. serving a variety of delicious food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, provide recommendations, and answer any questions they may have about the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and front of house
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service and the food industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
