**Requirements**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills: Servers need to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, so strong communication and people skills are essential.**:

- **Guest service: Providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction and create a positive dining experience.**:

- **Menu knowledge: Understanding the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to make recommendations and answer guest questions.**:

- **Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tables efficiently, and ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly.**:

- **Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other restaurant staff, including kitchen workers, bartenders, and fellow servers to deliver seamless service.**:

- **Attention to detail: Accuracy in taking orders, delivering the correct food and beverages, and ensuring that guests requests are fulfilled.**:

- **Problem-solving: Quickly resolving issues or handling guests complaints with a positive and proactive attitude.**:

- **Adaptability: Being able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress, and adjust to changing circumstances in the restaurant.**:

- **Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.**
