Brandt is currently seeking to fill a position for an Advertising Account Coordinator for our Regina, SK location.

As an Advertising Account Coordinator, you’ll be a vital support to the Account Management team by assisting with tactical advertising campaigns and other initiatives. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with Account Management team to assist in tactical and logístical steps required for a successful project
- Ensure progressive stages of tactical executions are planned and approved with adequate time for completion
- Work with internal clients to gain necessary information for projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations in relation to internal team capacities and project deliverables
- Organize and maintain necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all projects
- Work with members of our creative team to develop advertising materials
- Coordinate media placements - shipping creative, ensuring all specs are accurate, etc.
- Work with various vendors for final stage production pieces
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors
- Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders

- Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, while staying organized and maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Tight organizational and time management skills
- Awareness of creative processes - including traditional and digital mediums
- Proficiency in Excel an asset
- Familiarity with digital media and analytics an asset

Required Experience
- Business/Marketing/Communications degree or diploma from University or College
