Brandt is currently looking to fill a Manager of Advertising - Manufactured Products position in our Regina, SK location.
- this position owns the media strategy and execution for Brandt Industries Ltd.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for ensuring job duties and responsibilities are being met by the Advertising Account Managers of Manufactured Products and Account Coordinators.
- Providing feedback and counsel to account team and identifying relevant training opportunities.
- Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics
- Assist with identifying target audiences and understand their behaviour, habits, and how they consume media
- Identify business objectives and KPI’s for Brandt Industries Ltd. as a whole and ensure alignment across all manufactured divisions.
- Ensure best practices are implemented for product launch strategies, tradeshow attendance, media selection and logístical coordination.
- Streamline process for tradedress and model naming for mult-tiered products.
- Provide strategic oversight on supporting and promotional collateral.
- Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team.
- Acts as a positive role model through example.
- Mentor the team to maximize individuals’ growth, and harness the strengths and opportunities of each team member
- Oversee larger scope projects and facilitate collaboration where necessary.
- Ensure budgets and reporting are well documented and tracked.

**Required Skills**:

- Demonstrated supervisory, delegation and strong mentorship skills
- Proven track record of client and team success
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
- Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Broad knowledge of media channels and campaign evaluation metrics
- Desire to work with team members to continually improve results
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years as a Team Lead, Manager or Account Executive/Director
- University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, Project Management or related field preferred.
- Agency experience an asset.
