**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
****SAP HR ABAP**:

- Should have 6+ years of experience in ABAP, HR-ABAP, ITS, Webdynpro & Enterprise Portal.
- Hands-on experience on Core ABAP skills - RICEF, DDIC, Reports, Screen Programming, Scripts/Forms/Adobe Forms, BDC/LSMW, OO ABAP, User exits, Interface programs, BAPI, BADI, Should have good programming experience in Interfaces (Outbound & Inbound) to integrate with 3rd party systems like workday.
- Should have programming experience in SAP HCM modules - PA, OM, Canada Payroll, Time management, Benefits, Pensions, ESS, MSS, ECM, LSO.
- Knowledge of ALE/IDOCs and Workflows.
- Experience in Implementation as well as Support projects
- Should have extensive experience in project life cycle's phases like requirement specification, analysis, software designing and development, testing, implementation and maintenance.
- Must possess good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills and technical documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-resolution skills
- Should have ability to analyze the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify them according to business requirements
