**Job Overview**
The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction practices and regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
- Coordinate work schedules, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with timelines and quality standards.
- Enforce site safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings.
- Review plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure work is performed accurately.
- Identify and address issues or delays that may affect project delivery.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.

**Experience**
- Previous experience supervising teams on construction sites is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
