Leading, delegating, motivating, and managing workers across several work fronts Mining and civil construction knowledge, leadership foresight, quick decision making and directing work of others with a goal-oriented approach Class 5 Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract. Completion of Tailgate/Toolbox meetings and FLHA’s before start of work and reassess with changes to personnel, equipment, tasks, weather, etc. Willingness to step out of the cab and perform labour tasks if and when required Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions and managing up to 50lbs Stable work record with preferred experience in an industrial, civil, or mining environment Ability to work both DAY and NIGHT Shifts if required with shifts longer than 8 hours and weekends. Ability to interact positively with co-workers, fellow supervisors and managers. Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training Strict attention and compliance to safety, equipment and vehicle cleanliness, maintenance and completing logs.
