Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the food industry.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Upsell products and promotions to increase sales
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:
PT/FT positions available. Must be able to work a variety of different shifts. Days/nights/weekends.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Cashiering experience is a plus
