**Responsibilities**:

- **Draft Legal Documents**: Draft, review, and edit various legal documents such as affidavits, pleadings, agreements, letters, motions, and briefs in both Family and Immigration Law.
- **Assist in Legal Research**: Conduct legal research to support lawyers in case preparation, stay updated on changes in Immigration and Family Law regulations, policies, and procedures.
- **Prepare Financial Documentation**: Assist in preparing financial statements, legal invoices, and maintaining billing records for both family law and immigration law cases.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings between clients, lawyers, and third parties.
- **Court and Tribunal Filings**: File documents with courts, tribunals, and other relevant agencies in accordance with their specific requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a law firm or legal department specializing in Family Law and Immigration Law.
- Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, Law Clerks Certificate, or current NCA Student.
- Strong knowledge of Family Law and Immigration Law processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) are an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
