Portfolio Finance Manager

BCMA technology is focused on building a cross-functional team of talented individuals and creating a unique platform to deliver products that will disrupt the industry through technical innovation and creativity.**: **BCMA Technology is looking for an experienced **Portfolio Finance Manager for the PMO.**: **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Assist and advise Portfolio Management team to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment**: - ** Assist and monitor financial management for the portfolio by monitoring Project overhead and capital expenses to ensure achievement of cost efficiency and acting to correct any adverse variances**: - ** Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects**: - ** Participate in budget process - work with BCMA Tech Portfolio management Lead and Technology Managers to establish the budget for our Book of Work**: - ** Manage financials forecasts such as Cash, Cap Credits and PNL to ensure BCMA Tech are within targets**: - ** Support Tech Leads with headcount management, resource planning and execution of location strategy.**: - ** Provide reports and analyses to senior managers to identify savings/re-balancing opportunities and support for strategic planning.**: - ** Adhoc management requests by Team lead such as financial updates, variance analysis, contract reports**: - ** Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices**: - ** Understand the deliverables of internal and external PMO stakeholders and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes**: - ** Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete**: - ** Develop positive relationships within the team to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training**: - ** Contributes to the flow of communication within the team, by actively participating in team meetings**: **Qualifications**: - ** 6-8 years of relevant experience**: - **Experience in financial management at a portfolio level and reporting to senior stakeholder is a must**: - ** Expertise in Excel & MS Office Suite, including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas**: - ** Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals**: - **Comfortable in using PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity etc.**: - **Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**: **Citi Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
