BRON is looking for a **Quality Technician** to join our team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking quality technician with a good eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing quality control checks on our company products (vendor supplied, manufactured, and finish goods) to ensure they meet established acceptance criteria. You will prepare periodic reports for quality metrics, and actively participate or lead in projects for quality control improvement.

To ensure success as a quality technician, you should have a strong working knowledge of fabrication (welding, machining, etc.) and assembly techniques and practices, excellent visual awareness, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.
- Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.
- Interact with vendors to address Supplier quality concerns. Manage and maintain the Supplier Corrective Action process.
- Interact with Engineering, Fabrication and Assembly personnel to identify and take action on internal quality concerns.
- Reporting Supplier and Internal quality metrics to management.
- Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
- Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Quality or Engineering is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Competence with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High-level of visual awareness.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Experience drafting reports and collating data.
- Ability to work alone with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
