**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Hiring Manager** to lead recruitment and HR support for our growing team. You’ll focus on hiring **Metal Fabricators, Welders, Electricians, and Skilled Labourers**, while also helping shape company HR policies and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source, recruit, and hire skilled tradespeople.
- Conduct interviews with department managers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and BC employment law.
- Schedule shifts and manage attendance issues.
- Support managers with general HR matters.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience hiring in skilled trades or industrial environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Quickbooks Time, TimeDoctor 2).
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- HR certification is an asset but not required.

Pay: $60,730.19-$85,000.00 per year
