- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health codes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
