Join the Taste Hospitality Group as an Experienced Bartender for the Spring/Summer Season

Are you a skilled and passionate bartender looking to join a dynamic and thriving restaurant team? Taste Hospitality Group is hiring at Cohen's Beer Republic. We are seeking talented and experienced bartenders to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in our welcoming and vibrant environment. **Interviews will be conducted the 2nd week in April.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and care, meeting our high standards of quality.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our drink menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and ensure a memorable drinking experience.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including setting up and breaking down the bar station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient communication and service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of our drink menu items, ingredients, and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Availability to work daytime and nighttime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
