Are you a skilled and passionate bartender looking to join a dynamic and thriving restaurant? Cohen's Beer Republic is currently seeking an experienced bartender to work day time and night time shifts. **Responsibilities**:

- Create and serve a wide variety of cocktails, craft beers, and wines with precision and artistry.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Engage with customers, take their orders, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper handling of glassware, utensils, and other bar tools.
- Collaborate with the server team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and various spirits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Availability to work day time and night time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
