Job Description: Personal Trainer/Group Coach for Female Only Studio

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and preferences
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness potential
- Proficient in creating customized workout plans based on individual needs
- Familiarity with a variety of fitness equipment and training techniques
- CPR/AED certification preferred

**Salary**: $31.00-$34.00 per hour
