**We're Hiring Personal Trainers**

360 Fitness is on the lookout for high-end personal trainers who can bring a positive change in the lives of our clients. We are a PRIVATE personal training studio located in Sherwood Park, and our focus is on providing life-changing results to our clients through customized exercise programs, nutrition plans, and lifestyle coaching. We are looking for the best of the best who can offer our clients an exceptional experience and help us take our business to the next level.

Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and our team of trainers is experienced, certified, and passionate about their work.

**What We Offer**

We have two shifts at our studio, 6am-2pm MF and 12pm-8pm MF. This posting is for our evening shift. **We have a full client roster ready to go with 30hrs of training a week to start.**

This is a full employee position, and we handle all admin, marketing, sales, insurance, scheduling, and more. You are protected with pay, benefits, insurance, paid vacation, set schedules and more.

At 360 Fitness, we take care of all the marketing and sales, so all you need to focus on is the clients. We fill your schedule for you and train you to become the best coach you can be. **Our On-boarding Process**

All of our trainers go through our paid on-boarding process, which includes getting you up to speed with who our clients are, how we achieve unbelievable results, and introducing you to the team (Managers, Admin, Trainers & most importantly, Clients). We will train you, coach you, and immerse you in the gym culture first. This gets you into the groove of things and allows you to be the best coach possible.

**Are You Ready?**

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
