At Pier 4 our portfolio of multi-family real estate assets is growing and as a result we are looking for an experienced Property Cleaner to join our team in London, Ontario. We are looking for a Property Cleaner who wants to be part of our exciting journey and is truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing, best-in-class cleaning.

We manage our properties with a focus on revitalization to assure our tenants feel comfortable in their homes.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our facilities (apartment buildings), including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, washing windows and other duties as assigned. The Cleaner must have an eye for detail and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum floors, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrance, in all common areas of the building
- Empty trash cans in all areas of the facility
- Clean Laundry room equipment, clean out vents
- Wipe down surfaces
- Wash windows and glass partitions
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas
- Follow all health & safety regulations when using cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to management
- Provide excellent customer service when approached by residents

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cleaner or similar role preferred
- Excellent cleaning skills.
- Knowledgeable of appropriate cleaning products and tools.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Pays attention to details
- Work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Education & Experience**

High School Diploma or work-related experience.

Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field is an asset

Cleaning - 1 year preferred

Janitorial - 1 year preferred

**Job Type**
- Contract Part-time
- Salary: $20.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
