**Superintendent**

**Responsibilities Include**:
**Cleaning/Maintenance**
- Maintain building appearance, daily inspection. Ensure cleanliness of entrance and exit of building, all common areas & corridors, including floor maintenance and general grounds maintenance
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance as directed by Property Manager
- Ensure all construction work performed by third-party vendors is completed professionally as tasked

**Customer Service/Resident Relations**
- Respectively address all Resident questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Always maintain positive relations with all residents
- On-call support for after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis

**Safety**
- Always ensure resident safety and security
- Promptly respond in a professional manner to all emergencies and document accurately
- Identify any issues and recommend solutions to prevent any incidents

**General**
- Additional duties as assigned by Property Manager

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a superintendent an asset
- prior experience as custodian, environmental services, commercial cleaning and maintenance
- Lift 50lb, operate or learn to operate industrial vacuums & cleaners
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, reliable, dependable, and respectful
- Experience monitoring repairs and maintenance work
- Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude

Live-In Suite, with taxable benefit.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- On call rotation
