Intragrad is an integrated employment and education services platform with a strong social mission. Intragrad's mission is to enhance community prosperity by supporting small and medium sized businesses with post pandemic labor market challenges, and at the same time providing local people with opportunities for employment and built in education provision. We also 'enhance community prosperity' by building strong relationships with local small and medium sized businesses and connecting them with local job seekers.

Intragrad works with local students, recent graduates and apprentices to support employment facilitation within their communities.

We are looking for a Community Development Intern to help market our growing company to the community.

This role would suit purpose driven individual who wants to work for a fast moving early stage company which has a social mission focus and agenda.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Operate within a given community region and support with the following:

- Remote outreach to local small and medium sized businesses, typically but not necessarily exclusively with the health and childcare sectors.
- Build positive relationships with local businesses
- Understand needs and post pandemic labour market challenges experienced by these businesses with a vision to sourcing solutions
- Engage local people including existing students, recent graduates and those people seeking an Inbuilt education and employment experience.
- Make meaningful connections between local people and local businesses for labor market solutions

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
