**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient kitchen operations.
- Help supervise and train new kitchen staff, fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Support bartending duties when necessary, ensuring guests receive excellent service.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by interacting positively with fellow team members and guests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities are a plus, particularly in supervising and managing team dynamics.
- Experience in food preparation or cooking is beneficial for success in this role.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation and cooking
- Strong background in restaurant management and team leadership
- Proficiency in food handling and adherence to food safety regulations
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting within the food industry
- Preferred experience in supervising roles
- Bartending or serving experience is a plus for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$21.54 per hour
