We're looking for a Chef de Partie who knows their craft inside out. Someone with the skill, discipline, and mindset to own their station and contribute to a strong, positive team culture.

  • 5+ years of professional kitchen experience - Italian an asset.
  • Proven ability to run a station efficiently during service
  • Solid knife skills and deep understanding of prep and plating standards
  • Strong organizational habits and cleanliness
  • Consistent, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Evening and weekend availability

What You'll Do:

  • Take full responsibility for your section — prep, service, and station maintenance
  • Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and care
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to maintain standards
  • Bring energy and focus to every shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$23.48 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
