We are looking for a **Guest Service Agent AKA. Our Living Room Host **whose primary role will be the face of the Canvas
- the first person all guests meet with upon arrival, the one that will make our guests feel at ease and welcomed, and create personalized extraordinary experiences.

- Front desk experience preferred but we can teach ya if you are game

**Your Duties: your day could include all or some**:
You check in and check out guests, make and modify reservations, provide concierge services, troubleshoot guest requests, maintain and stock the lobby, and continuously relay important room and guest information to other team members.

Ensure each guest is welcomes, provided assistance in a timely professional manner.

Ensure guess vehicles are properly parked and retrieved from the valet lot if needed.

Provide personal recommendations for hotel services, local events & activities, dining options, transportation and more.

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs

To be a Canvas/Tapestry/Hilton Brand Champion; Follow and adhere to company brand standards and assist in education of the entire Canvas team.

And of course, all other duties assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.75 per hour
