EverLine is seeking a **Pavement Maintenance Crew Lead** for the Ottawa Region.

As the Pavement Maintenance Crew Lead, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the region. This is a seasonal position, that begins mid-April and continues through the fall months. Working hours are 40 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required. Overnight positions are available Sunday through Thursday.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Use equipment to preform line painting, power washing, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality job
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
- Additional tasks as required
- Lead a crew of Maintenance Technicians

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- A classified driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- An Engineering educational background is an asset

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
