**Fix Network** is looking for a **Strategic Partner Developer** to join our team. The purpose of the position is to work closely with our network of Fix Auto's franchisees to help them maximize daily operations. With the support of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maximizing the day-to-day operations of our franchisees
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Actively support the day-to-day operations of the Franchisees under the direction of the Director of Operations;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, insurance partners and vendor partners;
- Work closely with franchisees to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate these opportunities to the franchise owners;
- Provide franchisees and their employees with standard operating procedures, training and support
- Ensure franchisees’ estimates are created in accordance with our standard operating procedures and insurance partner guidelines and procedures;
- Observe workflow, efficiency and work habits to identify areas for improvement and communicate observations with management;
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Damage Appraisal experience
- The willingness to make an impact on our Franchisee's success
- The ability to share your knowledge
