Supporting the P&C People Partners, the **People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator** assists with various P&C functions; this requires a hands-on approach with both administrative & tactical tasks and customer service to employees and leaders.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Process all required actions related to the Employee Life Cycle
- Facilitate and ensure the effective utilization of plans related to P&C programs and services
- Provide coordinator support to the People Partners on all aspects of P&C
- Project team member and data expert to implement a fulsome HRIS program
- Develop and implement corporate wide programs
- Process all employee changes and run reports as required in an HRIS system

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Human Resources Education (Diploma/Certificate/Degree) or a related field is an asset
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Professional designation would be an asset.
