accelerate revenue growth by finding opportunities for Nue’s solution through and with
partners. This key hire will work directly with executive leadership to drive Nue’s
strategic alliances and joint go-to-market efforts for our omnichannel revenue solution.
You'll find, engage, and activate new and existing partners—playing a pivotal role in
expanding partners as a major revenue channel. The role will heavily utilize Salesforce
and Crossbeam on a day-to-day basis.

By 2026 our goal is that 40% of our sales pipeline will be sourced through our partner
ecosystem. The Alliance Operations Specialist will be at the forefront of turning this
vision into reality.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner Pipeline Building: Identify, engage, and nurture existing and potential
partners to generate a high-quality, sourced pipeline for our solution.
- Go Outbound: Proactively reach out to multiple roles within partner
organizations leveraging modern sales and outreach tactics.
- Partner Engagement: Set up and facilitate meetings with potential and existing
partners; drive momentum through the partner onboarding and enablement
process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to
co-develop joint value propositions and campaign initiatives.
- Process Management: Own and drive the end-to-end process for partner
development—including targeting, outreach, qualification, enablement, and
pipeline tracking.
- Solution Evangelism: Communicate the value of Nue’s Quote-to-Cash solution
effectively at a business
- and technical-level with multiple partner stakeholders
- Alliances Tooling and Reporting - Leverage Salesforce for tracking, reporting, and
pipeline management. Utilize Crossbeam for partner account mapping,
collaboration, and co-selling efforts. Prepare lists of joint opportunities for
weekly and biweekly meetings with partners, and in conjunction with Nue AEs
- Drive Results: Work toward and document progress against quarterly and annual
partner-driven pipeline goals for both Sourced and Influenced Opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: 2+ years of Business Development Representative (BDR) experience
or similar outbound sales role.
- Expertise in Outreach: Proven ability to identify and engage target contacts and
orchestrate meetings that move deals forward.
- Relationship-Builder: Track record of initiating and expanding high-value
partnerships.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes; background in the
Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Platform Proficiency: Experience working with Salesforce (required) and
Crossbeam (preferred).
- Personality: High levels of drive, grit, determination, and adaptability.
- Business Acumen: Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions
and lead high-level solution conversations with partners, including hands on
practitioners
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to operate with mínimal oversight, take ownership, and
deliver on ambitious goals.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
