Hybrid individual contributor position: 4 days near Etobicoke, ON, Canada, with Fridays remote. They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their Revenue Operations team and play a key role in optimizing the systems, applications, and automations that power our go-to-market engine. This is a hybrid individual contributor position, ideal for a hands‑on expert who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and strategy. Job Requirements What You’ll Bring 3–5+ years of experience managing and customizing Salesforce and related GTM applications. Deep understanding of revenue operations processes (lead generation, pipeline, forecasting, and retention). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills. Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high‑growth SaaS or technology environment. Familiarity with AI‑driven automation platforms or intelligent agent frameworks. Hands‑on experience with tools such as Salesforce Flows, Marketo, Dealhub, Gong, ZoomInfo, Spiff, or similar. Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray.io). Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a strong plus.
