Job Summary:
We are seeing a student to join our finance team supporting with collections, open customer items, open internal items, reporting and analysis. This is a great opportunity as an entry level position to gain insights into an organizations finance structure and processes.

**Job Description**:
What we are looking for

Are you an energetic, motivated self starter? Do you like a balanced day with routine work as well as special projects? We’re seeking Financial Analyst to join our Finance team to play a key role in our company’s maintenance operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reviewing legal contracts/agreements and creating accurate contract in the ERP
- Creating visibility to the organization of upcoming invoicing that require approvals for processing
- Supporting in accounts receivable
- Supporting revenue team in preparation and posting of invoicing on a monthly basis and distribution of the invoices to the clients
- Supporting ad hoc items within the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- Working towards diploma in Accounting/Business or University Degree in Commerce, Business Administration
- Experience working with ERP system experience is an asset but not required
- Previous experience in customer invoicing, maintenance revenue recognition, forecasting and variance analysis would be great but not required
- Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role

The Person:

- Reliable, team player with excellent organizational skills and highly attention to detail to ensure accurate results
- Ability to analyze situations and solve problems independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and strong communication skills both written and verbal
