**International Student recruitment and marketing managers-Secondary School**

The Erindale Academy (TEA) is a private high school inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education. The beautiful campus is located in Erindale village in Mississauga close to the Erindale campus of the University of Toronto. Here. Students may utilize the facilities of the University of Toronto, experience the academic atmosphere, and get a foretaste of university life.

We are inviting passionate and experienced student admissions advisors to join our team. Current opening positions are:

- International Student recruitment and marketing managers
- East Asian (Korean) region
- International Student recruitment and marketing managers
- Africa region
- International Student recruitment and marketing managers
- Middle East region
- region - China region

International Student recruitment and marketing managers can work on campus and also can work from Latin America, East Asia, Africa, or the Middle East.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Building strong local and international recruiting network communities through social media and education fairs.
- Supporting associated recruitment agents by providing information regarding student recruitment trends, forecasts, up-to-date information about the employer’s educational services, and relaying service requests from parents and agents to the employer.
- Researching the competition by identifying and evaluating their characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies; maintaining research databases.
- Planning meetings and participating at agent and student fairs; establishing education-related contacts and agent networks in the international student marketplace.
- Building good relations with university admission and recruiting staff to help to promote school branding.
- Conducting info sessions and webinars to promote school branding.
- Building a strong international recruiting network.
- Fostering school partnership relations internationally.
- Providing consultative services to all students, assessing requirements, and making recommendations in line with individual needs.
- Working with prospective students, applicants, and their families to provide high-quality advising on school admission requirements, academic programs, and school life.
- Maintain a conversion rate on all types of inquiries
- Accountable for business growth through following up on leads and delivering information to prospective students in a timely manner.
- Providing effective and professional written and oral communication with all prospective students.
- Meet and exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly starts, referrals, targets, and objectives, as per tenure expectations.
- Responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating the recruitment and sales strategy to meet ambitious targets within the agreed budget and time frames.
- Develop and implement an effective, targeted schedule of recruitment and sales activity to raise awareness and interest in undergraduate study, and increase student numbers.
- Manage a database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, audience profiles, contact history and decisions, and outcomes.
- Other related activities promote school branding and recruiting.

Qualifications:

- 3 more years’ experience in secondary school international recruitment.
- Be familiar with local and overseas high school systems
- Strong organizational skills and people skills.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks meet deadlines,
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking more than one language is an asset.
- Proven target-driven marketing and sales skills.
- Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
- Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal', with strong profile management skills.
- Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$850,000.00 per year
