**Summary Statement**:
This position is responsible for general office administration in an accurate and timely fashion. It requires good judgement, confidentiality, and adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:None

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create invoices for Omcan and specific client groups
- Prepare all paperwork required by US and Canadian customs, including e-manifests, for shipments traveling to and from the United States
- Research past invoices and match to return authorization’s provided, then credit appropriate accounts
- Issue credits for Omcan on a daily basis
- Follow up with Accounts Receivable team and track issues with return authorization claims; follow up with customer service department regarding return authorizations, restocking charges and other issues

**Minor Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: filing, organization, pulling paid invoices
- Prepare daily reports as assigned
- Act as back up support for issuing credits for Omcan and subsidiaries

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- Completion of post-secondary program with a focus on office administration, bookkeeping or accounting
- Ability to create, read and analyze detailed numerical reports
- Highly attentive to detail with strong clerical, numerical and organizational skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Business 1

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
