**Opportunity knocks**
As a Service & Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations in the Service department by scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians to Dental offices. This position also supports the Field Technicians with billing and warranty matters.
**Your story**
To succeed in this position, you require a minimum of 2-3 years of office administration experience. You must be proficient with MS Word and Excel and using computer programs for data entry. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and good organizational and administrative skills. In addition, you are a highly motivated team player, have a friendly personality and phone etiquette along with a keen eye for detail. Experience in the dental industry is always an asset
