Executive Assistant/office Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Executive Support_
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Oversee boardroom bookings and meeting logistics.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Serve as liaison between executives and other teams, maintaining confidentiality.
- Office Management_
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure office is organized and efficient.
- Manage office policies, procedures, and budgets.
- General office duties as required.
- Project Management_
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate with contractors/vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Compile status updates and report progress to leadership.
- Receptionist Duties_
- Greet visitors and answer phones professionally.
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a welcoming reception area.

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Office management/reception experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
