The Natural Life Spectrum, ADHD, and Sensory Centre is a new kind of autism service provider in Niagara. Building from our deep roots and **12+ years of trusted healthcare experience in the Niagara community, alongside 9+ years of parenting neurodiversity** through a developmental, attachment-based, trauma-informed lens, we are forging a new path to serve a vital need and gap in autism services.
We are seeking a **Communicative Disorders Assistant** who shares our vision and passion for supporting autistic children and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking model of care that prioritizes neurodiversity affirmation and real-world impact.
**What You'll Bring**
- **Completion of a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) program** from a recognized college or university.
- **Demonstrated experience and genuine passion for working with autistic children and their families**, coupled with a strong understanding of neurodiversity-affirming and developmental approaches to communication.
- Proficiency in assisting with assessments, implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, and delivering evidence-based, child-centered interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with families.
- A proactive mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions to enhance our services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team, following established protocols.

**Compensation**
We offer a **highly competitive wage** that reflects your expertise, ranging from **$31.80 - $35+ per hour**, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment.
