**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team.

This full-time role offers opportunities to work with a mixed caseload of both pediatric and adult clients in areas such as early language development, autism spectrum disorder, fluency, voice disorders, and adult rehabilitation (stroke and acquired brain injury). Additionally, this position offers the chance to expand your professional skills through videofluoroscopy procedures (if interested), and interdisciplinary collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for a variety of communication and swallowing disorders, in both adult and pediatric population.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to a mixed caseload, including school-based services and adult rehabilitation.
- Incorporate innovative strategies and tools to support early language development, voice rehabilitation, and fluency improvement.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies to promote carryover in daily life.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families to ensure equitable and compassionate care.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, rehab professionals, and medical staff.
- Participate in professional development opportunities,
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely records to ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Willingness to work some evening hours to accommodate our client’s needs afterschool

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligible for CASLPO registration
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult caseloads, including autism, early language, fluency, and voice disorders. If lacking in experience, a keen interest in learning will suffice.
- Interest in learning videofluoroscopy techniques (training provided).
- Strong commitment to equity and culturally responsive care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on compassion and trust-building.
