**Description du poste**

Nous cherchons un(e) **Spécialiste en marketing numérique** avec de bonnes compétences en SEO, en publicité numérique (Google, Meta) et en marketing de performance pour le e-commerce.

Il s’agit d’un rôle **technique et axé sur les résultats**, où vous serez responsable de générer de la croissance à l’aide de stratégies ciblées, de l’optimisation de tunnels de conversion et de campagnes publicitaires performantes. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec notre Directeur Créatif, qui gère le visuel et l’image de marque.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Élaborer et appliquer une stratégie SEO : recherche de mots-clés, optimisation technique, amélioration des pages produits
- Gérer et optimiser des campagnes publicitaires sur Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, etc.
- Planifier et exécuter des campagnes de courriels marketing (Klaviyo) avec segmentation, automatisation et tests A/B
- Analyser la performance des campagnes avec Google Analytics, Pixel Meta, heatmaps et autres outils
- Optimiser les pages de produits et les pages d’atterrissage pour améliorer les conversions et la visibilité en ligne
- Collaborer avec le Directeur créatif pour assurer la cohérence entre les visuels et l'image de marque
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (ex. CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) pour ajuster les campagnes et le budget
- Rester à jour sur les tendances du marketing numérique, les changements d’algorithmes et les nouvelles plateformes

**Exigences**
- 1 an ou plus d’expérience en marketing numérique technique (idéalement dans le e-commerce)
- Diplôme en marketing, communication, commerce ou domaine connexe
- Maîtrise des outils SEO comme Google Search Console, Ahrefs ou SEMrush
- Expérience pratique en gestion de publicités numériques (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Aisance à lire des données de performance et à prendre des décisions basées sur les résultats
- Connaissance de Shopify ou autre plateforme e-commerce
- Expérience avec les outils de courriels marketing (Klaviyo est un atout)
- **Bilingue (français et anglais)**, car toutes nos publicités et courriels marketing sont rédigés en anglais
- Bonnes habiletés en communication et esprit d’équipe

**Atouts (non obligatoires, mais un plus)**
- Intérêt ou connaissance du domaine tactique, militaire ou plein air
- Expérience avec le marketing d’influence ou de partenariat
- Connaissances de base en HTML, CSS ou Shopify Liquid
