**What you will do**:
The **Digital Content Manager** is an essential part of our e-commerce team. He oversees the creation, organization and distribution of content across all our digital platforms. He plays an important role in driving brand growth, attracting customers and strengthening our digital presence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Development of digital content strategies
- Orchestrate the creation and distribution of optimized content on multiple platforms (websites, newsletters, social media)
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Edit, verify, and improve content to ensure cohesion, quality and relevance based on established objectives and best practices
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure optimal promotion of content.
- Monitor competitive trends and developments in digital content and social media
- Research and negotiate digital content partnerships
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Oversee improvements to the user interface (UI) and experience (UX) of websites
- Analyzes web metrics for content on various digital platforms
- Ensures proper management of budget envelopes allocated to the digital content group
- Manage the content creation team (including budgets)
**To be successful in this position you will need**:
- Minimum of college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum of **5 (five) years’** progressive experience
- Bilingualism is essential (French and English) for supporting our operations outside of Quebec.
