**Summary**

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team at Adventures Child Care. This role is essential in creating a supportive learning environment that promotes the development of young children through various activities. Located in a vibrant community, this position plays a key role in shaping the future of our students.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Encourage teamwork, fairness, and discipline among students during activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
- Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of special education practices is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.36 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
