**PF Group** is seeking an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily activities in our **pipe yard operations**, focusing on **container loading and unloading**. This role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations within the **pipe yard and warehouse**, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee **loading and unloading** of containers, managing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team to maintain high standards in **material handling** and **inventory management**.
- Ensure proper handling of pipes and equipment to prevent damage and maintain safety protocols.
- Optimize yard layout and space utilization for seamless operations.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce best practices to reduce workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline inbound and outbound shipments.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend operational enhancements to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **pipe yard operations**, **container logistics**, or **industrial material handling**.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising warehouse or yard teams.
- Expertise in inventory control and container documentation.
- Familiarity with **heavy equipment operations**, such as forklifts, cranes, or pipe-handling tools.
- Knowledge of **regulatory safety standards** for industrial storage and transport.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
