Vulcraft Canada, Inc, A Division of Nucor Corporation is currently looking for a Roll Form Operator to join our Leduc, Alberta team.

The Roll Form Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for following all safety policies and standards set by Vulcraft Canada, Inc. Following processes and procedures to produce Metal Deck to company standards is the primary duty as well as helping to maintain a safe and organized facility.

Primary

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in a safe manner and follow all company safety rules and safe operating processes.
- Performing daily inspections on Roll-forming Mill and related equipment.
- Complete Roll-forming Mill maintenance and preventative maintenance.
- Complete all required quality checks and measurements.
- Operating forklifts as required within company safe practice procedures.
- Utilize overhead crane and no touch tools to perform daily assigned tasks.
- Capable of assisting with various areas of joist and deck production, as well as performing any other tasked assigned by your supervisor.
- Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean an orderly condition.
- Be willing to learn and help the team succeed wherever possible.
- Perform additional duties and requirements as needed by management.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Prior Roll-forming experience considered an asset.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- General knowledge of equipment operation.
- Good mechanical and equipment aptitude.
- Overhead Crane experience
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is considered an asset.
- Forklift experience
