Recruiting Coordinator/ Talent Operations

**_ Note: We are targeting Pacific and Mountain time zones for this role._**
**Day-to-day**:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and quick process
- Help with managing our internal recruiting systems including: Greenhouse, Talentwall, Survale, Findem and more- Systems management includes: posting jobs, updating permissions and workflows, pulling reports, running analytics, following up on surveys, and more
**What we are looking for**:
- 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience managing high volume scheduling requests across multiple geographic locations
- 1+ year of recruiting systems management experience
- Deep passion for Talent Acquisition systems and processes
- High level attention to detail, superb organizational skills and desire to learn and grow- Ability to manage multiple high priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with confidential data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be very personable with a positive attitude and the grit to succeed in all endeavors
**Bonus Points**:
- Experience with sourcing tools like Findem, LI Recruiter, etc.
- Startup and/ or SaaS experience
